Three of the 49ers' first four picks signed new deals Friday morning, the day rookies are scheduled to report for training camp. Both second- and third-round picks Taylor Mays and Navorro Bowman signed four-year deals. First-round pick Anthony Davis' deal is for five years. Fellow first rounder Mike Iupati remains the only rookie who has not reported.
Davis' former agent, Sunny Shah, made several trips to the Bay Area to visit with chief negotiator Paraag Marathe and to lay the groundwork for Davis' deal. In June Davis switched agents, hiring Rosenhaus, who also traveled west to meet with Marathe.
