Blue flu: Giants bringing stomach bug to Bay Area

Everyone on the Giants injury report will be listed as probable, according to Mike Garafolo of The Star Ledger, with the exception of tight end Jake Ballard, who missed Friday's practice. Ballard, who was Eli Manning's target on New York's last-gasp play on Nov. 13 against the 49ers, aggravated a knee injury and is listed as questionable.

In addition, former 49er Davis Baas came down with the same stomach bug quarterback Eli Manning had on Wednesday and missed Friday's practice. Manning returned to practice the following day, and Baas is expected to bounce back, too. Still, it seems as if the bug is spreading, and it's something that bears watching.

Receiver Hakeem Nicks sprained his ankle and was limited in practice. Running back Ahmad Bradshaw (foot), as is his custom recently, missed Wednesday's and Thursday's practice but was back for Friday's session.
