Reader's companion to the 49ers injury report

Here's the 49ers' injury report in a nutshell: Everyone who was dealing with an injury is questionable. That implies that Ted Ginn, who did not practice this week, has the same chance of playing Sunday as Patrick Willis, who missed one practice this week. How should one interpret this? First I'll list the 49ers injury report and then I'll follow it with a reader's companion -- one that probably is more accurate than the one the 49ers have supplied.
