Willis a true question mark for Sunday; full team injury reports

Jim Harbaugh's injury designation of choice -- questionable. It means there's a 50 percent chance a player will be ready for the following game, and because of that it keeps everyone, including the upcoming opponent, guessing. If Harbaugh could list his entire squad as questionable, he would.

In Patrick Willis' case, however, it's an accurate designation. The 49ers inside linebacker missed last week's game against the Rams with a groin injury and he's been limited in practice this week. The inside linebackers will be a critical component of Sunday's game against the Texans. And yet the 49ers would be unwise to play Willis if they thought there was a chance he'd exacerbate the injury and miss additional time.

That is, Willis is a true game-time decision.
