Sacramento County Sheriff's Department robbery detectives are seeking information leading to the identity of the subjects responsible for a January home invasion robbery in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento Crime Alert officials report.
According to authorities, here's what transpired Jan. 11:
Two elderly residents living on Rhine River Court were victims of a home invasion robbery in which a wallet was stolen. Detectives said the victim's credit card was used at a Quik Stop convenience store on Antelope Road in Citrus Heights shortly after the robbery.
The store's surveillance camera captured images of the two subjects using the victim's credit card. They also matched the description of the robbery suspects.
One suspect (top left photos) is described as a white male adult in his 20s, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with blond hair.
The second suspect (bottom left photos) is described as a white or Latino male in his 20s with short brown hair.
Anyone with information about the suspects is urged to contact Crime Alert at (800) AA-CRIME or (916) 443-HELP. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
