From Stan Oklobdzija:
An overly aggressive shop manager was arrested after she allegedly threw a rock at an Iraq War veteran who refused a sex act in her Lodi massage parlor, Lodi Police officials said.
Nga Thi Khuu, 42, was taken to the San Joaquin County Jail after an incident Thursday afternoon at the Royal Day Spa in the 200 block of Lodi Avenue, police said.
When a 32-year-old man from Oregon went to the business to get massage treatment on a gunshot wound he received while serving in Iraq, Khuu allegedly offered sexual favors for $50, according to Lodi police. The man refused, but Khuu was persistent, police said.
Finally, the man became fed up with the offers and decided to leave, but not before Khuu demanded $50 from him, according to police. When the man said no, Khuu threw a rock at the man's car, causing a large dent, police said.
Khuu then threw another rock at the man, hitting him in the chest, police said. The man fled and called police, who arrived and arrested her on suspicion of battery, vandalism and prostitution solicitation, police said. An immigration hold was also placed on Khuu, police said.
