Deputies from Minnesota deliver man suspected of sex crimes with child

From Bill Lindelof:

Deputies from Minnesota have delivered a registered sex offender wanted on suspicion of committing lewd acts on a child to Sacramento authorities.

Michael Clouse, 38, was booked into Sacramento County Jail on multiple sex charges involving a child, failure to register as a sex offender and possession of narcotics. He is being held without bail.

Deputies from Otter Tail County, Minn., turned Clouse over to members of Sacramento County's Sexual Asault Felony Enforcement team on Tuesday at San Francisco International Airport.

Clouse was arrested in Otter Tail County by state troopers for a vehicle code violation. When troopers discovered Clouse had outstanding warrants for his arrest from Sacramento County, he was booked into Otter Tail County Jail and extradition proceedings were began.
