Sacramento police investigating sexual assault of teen

Sacramento police are investigating the sexual assault of a teenager in Meadowview.

Police reported that the 17-year-old girl was walking home from a party about 6:30 a.m. Sunday when she was forced at gunpoint into a red 1990s Ford Mustang.

The suspects drove her to a vacant house in the area of Amherst Street and Meadowview Road where they sexually assaulted her, according to a police report.

Police described the three suspects as East Indian. The first suspect was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 230 pounds, wearing a black shirt and black pants; the second, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, wearing a black leather coat; and the third, 5 feet 9 inches tall, medium build, wearing a long-sleeved gray shirt with a white and black checked pattern.
