Sacramento police are investigating an alleged attack Wednesday morning on a 17-year-old Natomas Charter School student.

Department spokesman Officer Konrad von Shoech said the department received the sexual assault report from school officials about 12:20 p.m.

The girl told authorities she was verbally attacked and inappropriately touched by four men in their 20s and 30s while walking to school at about 9:30 a.m. or 9:45 a.m. Von Shoech said the alleged attack happened at a park across from the school, which is on Blackrock Drive near Del Paso Road. A map of the area shows Cottonwood Park being the closest to the school.

The girl said she continued walking, and the men followed her on foot and inside the car. She described the car as a white four-door sedan with a black stripe on the side.
