Woman missing in El Dorado County

Sara Jane Fawcett.jpgEl Dorado County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a woman who was last seen a week ago.

Sara Jane Fawcett (photo right), who worked at the Placerville Walmart, called in sick on Sept. 22. She was heard from a day later.

Fawcett lives on her family's property and was reported missing by her father when she had not returned home after several days. She does not own a vehicle, usually borrowing her father's car.

The car was still at home, as well as Fawcett's belongings, including her purse and cell phone. The sheriff's department can be reached at (530) 621-6600.
