Three people have been arrested following a shooting and standoff in the Antelope area early this morning.
Just after midnight, Sacramento County sheriff's deputies were called to Mercy San Juan Hospital in Carmichael, where an 18-year-old man was being treated for a gunshot wound to his upper arm. The man said he was driving in an Antelope neighborhood when he was shot by two individuals in another vehicle.
The victim was able to provide deputies with information regarding the identity of the suspects, leading them to a residence in the 3800 block of Hunters Glen Place, where they found the suspect vehicle.

A team of deputies contacted the residents and a woman came outside to speak with them. She confirmed that the suspects were inside, according to a Sheriff's Department news release. Deputies cordoned off the area around the house and attempted to call the suspects out of the residence. When they received no response, and believing the suspects might still be armed, deputies requested assistance from the sheriff's Special Enforcement Detail and Critical Incident Negotiations Team.
Over the next three hours, numerous attempts, including phone calls and public address announcements, were made to persuade the suspects to come out of the residence. About 7:40 a.m., two men and two women surrendered.
Three of the four were arrested: Stanley Gonzales (left photo), 23; Steven Gonzales (center photo), 18; and Colleen Benedict (right photo), 18. Officials said an investigation revealed that Benedict was in the car with the Gonzales brothers at the time of the shooting.
All three were booked into Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and criminal conspiracy, with bail set at $75,000 each.
