Truckee police arrest two for cocaine sales

Truckee police have arrested two men found in possession of a half-pound of cocaine and $10,000 in cash.

The arrests Tuesday were the product of a four-month investigation, according to a press release from the department.

The arrests came after police and Drug Enforcement agents executed warrants in downtown Truckee, finding the cocaine packaged for distribution in a residence where it was accessible to children.

Police arrested Conrado Rodriguea-Quintero and Salvador Ruvalcaba-Munoz.

Both men were booked into Nevada County Jail on felony charges which included sale of cocaine, criminal conspiracy and child endangerment.
