Vandals broke windows, sprayed graffiti and tipped over computers at a Citrus Heights middle school.
Police were investigating the scene this morning at Sylvan Middle School, 7137 Auburn Blvd., where windows on 11 classrooms were broken, according to a San Juan Unified School District spokesman.
The tipped over computers in one classroom do not appear to be broken. The vandals also used a fire extinguisher to spray its contents around one room.
Most of the rooms will be able to re-open today for students.
