Community tip leads Folsom police to suspected bank robber

Tips from citizens led to the arrest of a man exactly two months after he is suspected of robbing a Folsom bank.

Kenneth Allen Hogue, 43, of Cameron Park, arrested Wednesday by Folsom police, is suspected of robbing the El Dorado Savings bank, 300 East Bidwell St., on April 13.

The robber fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Hogue was also booked on outstanding warrants that included possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of narcotics and non-narcotics.
