Rancho Cordova police on the lookout for missing teen needing her medication

scott missing.JPGRancho Cordova police need help in finding a teenager who has gone missing.

Fatima Scott, 16, who had been staying with her family at a motel on Point East Drive in Rancho Cordova, is considered at-risk because she is without needed medication.

Scott was last seen riding light rail in downtown Sacramento at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

She is described as black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 135 pounds. She was wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans. Her head is shaved but she does wear a blond and black wig.

Anyone who has seen Scott is asked to call police at (916) 874-5115.
