Wilton marijuana photo 2.JPGThree people were arrested this morning after law enforcement officers raided a marijuana growing operation in the Wilton area.

Michelle Gregory, a spokeswoman with the California Department of Justice in Sacramento, said the plants were spotted in the 9700 block of La Clair Road via aerial surveillance.

Agents with the Mountain and Valley Marijuana Investigation Team removed 337 plants and destroyed them on site (pictured). Gregory said 200 to 300 pounds of processed marijuana were seized along with a loaded rifle.

Arrested were Ket Sanesanong, 58 and his wife, Janet Sanesanong, 54, as well as Khamphanh Savantphone, 58. All were booked into Sacramento County Jail on suspicion marijuana cultivation and cultivation for sale.
