Natomas home site of 750 plant marijuana grow

Potgrow.jpegA man was booked on suspicion of stealing electricity and growing 750 marijuana plants inside a Natomas home.

Police were called to the home in the 2900 block of Myotis Drive about 6 p.m. Saturday on a report of a foul odor, which was apparently coming from the hundreds of plants inside the house.

The occupant of the home, a man in his 50s, who is not being identified due to an on-going investigation, was arrested on suspicion for stealing power to run the grow lights inside the home and for cultivation of marijuana for sale.
