UPDATE: Missing Elk Grove teenager found safe

Dominic Zanartu image (1).pngA 13-year-old boy reported missing in Elk Grove has been located.

Elk Grove police said Dominic Zanartu (pictured), who is autistic, was found at an AM/PM market on Grant Line Road and will be returned home.

The youth had last been seen at Harriet Eddy Middle School, in the 9300 block of Soaring Oaks Drive, about 3:15 p.m. today. Police said he was apparently upset because he knew that his television and computer privileges would be taken away due to a poor progress report.
