A Woodland church was ransacked last night by a burglar, police said.
Woodland police said that St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 515 Second St., was entered by a burglar breaking an office window. Once inside, the burglar vandalized the office and ransacked the church, police said.
A fireplace tool was used to open desk drawers and cabinets looking for items of value. The exact value of property stolen is not known, according to a police press release.
