The former caregiver arrested last week on suspicion of raping a Placer County disabled woman entered a no-contest plea today.
Marquise Montgomery, 22, of Sacramento, is expected to be given the maximum sentence of 13 years when he is formally sentenced, the Placer County District Attorney's office said.
Montgomery was charged with one count of rape of an incompetent victim and one count of causing great bodily harm during the sexual assault.
The assault at a Penryn facility was discovered a year ago after the 34-year-old woman was discovered to be about six months pregnant.
DNA evidence was used to link Montgomery with the victim's child.
He will be required to register as a sex offender, the DA's office said.
