Rocklin, Sacramento police report nude men arrested

David Brook.JPGPolice arrested two men in separate incidents who were allegedly naked in public places over the weekend - on a downtown Sacramento street and along Interstate 80 in Rocklin.

In the first incident, Sacramento police officers arrested David Brook, 44, (pictured at left) about 4 p.m. Saturday. Police said he was spotted near 8th and H streets with no clothes on.

According to a police activity log, he fled on foot. After he was caught, Brook struggled with officers but eventually was taken into custody, police said.

Brook was booked on suspicion of resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and indecent exposure.

On Sunday about 1 p.m., Rocklin police said they responded to a report of a nude man who was masturbating while facing passing traffic on westbound I-80 behind a chain-link fence.

Police arrested Harold Michael Emery, 65, of Rocklin on suspicion of lewd conduct-indecent exposure. Emery, who police said is a sex registrant, was taken into custody when officers caught found him walking along Granite Drive.
