Sacramento police arrest suspect in two indecent exposure incidents

Billy Vang.jpgA 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to two female joggers near a North Natomas park last month.

Billy Vang was taken into custody in connection with the two separate incidents near Hummingbird Park, at Duckhorn and Saintsbury drives, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

According to a police news release, a 22-year-old woman was jogging with her dog near the park at 8 a.m. on Nov. 16 when a man pulled up alongside her in a vehicle. The man yelled to get the woman's attention, removed a jacket from his lap and touched himself, police said.

Just before 7 a.m. on Nov. 20, another woman was jogging in the area when a man got out of a vehicle before exposing and touching himself, police said. That woman provided police with a license plate number from the man's car and a description of the suspect.

A warrant was issued for Vang's arrest and he was taken into custody without incident, police said.
