Three armed robberies in Davis greenbelts

Three armed robberies occurred last night in City of Davis greenbelts.

Details are few, but Davis police say the first two robberies happened at 8:17 p.m. and again at 8:25 p.m. in the area of Catalina and Corona drives and on Pamplona Avenue in north Davis.

Later, a third robbery happened in the same area. Police searched for two men wearing hooded sweatshirts, at least one armed with a handgun.

The men took iPhones and other personal items. Police said this morning that nobody had been arrested in connection with the holdups.
