The alleged gunman in the fatal bar shooting on New Year's Eve and two other people arrested on assault charges are scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
Carlito Montoya, 22, is accused of killing a fellow bar patron and a bar employee in a shootout in Old Sacramento.
Montoya and two other suspects, acquaintances Amber Scholz, 36, and her husband, Charles Fowler-Scholz, 34, will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday on charges related to their alleged roles in the deadly violence.
