Submitted by: Twice Retired, Ventura

ANSWER: Jerry Wayne Caldwell remains in Sacramento County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.

According to Sacramento Superior Court online records, his trial is to begin Jan. 17.

Charges against Caldwell, 56, include indecent exposure, lewd and lascivious acts, and annoying or molesting a child younger than 18.

Sacramento County sheriff's detectives arrested Caldwell, a Placer County resident, last February after he allegedly exposed himself to two young girls in separate incidents.
