Shortly afterward, search warrants were served in both California and Nevada, leading to the arrest of Jorge Miranda Rivas (left photo), whose age was not given, and another 17-year-old boy from Incline Village.
Today, two more search warrants were served in Kings Beach, and Jorge Torres (right photo), 18, of Kings Beach was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft. Authorities said Torres is also a suspect in the Incline Village robbery.
