Juries selected for three charged in 2010 N. Highlands cabbie killing

Jury selection concluded today in the murder trial of three men accused in the fatal Oct. 18, 2010, robbery shooting of a cab driver in North Highlands.

Opening statements are scheduled for Tuesday in front of Sacramento Superior Court Judge Cheryl Chun Meegan.

Separate juries have been empaneled for each of the three defendants: Jermaine John Campbell, 21, Jonathan Steven Hudson, 20, and Antoine Lee Taylor, 21. They are charged in the killing of cab driver James Walker, 54.

The shooting took place shortly after 3 a.m. in an apartment complex in the 5100 block of Hillsdale Boulevard.
