About 12:45 p.m., a man went to U.S. Bank service branch in the Safeway at 989 Sunrise Ave. He presented the teller with a demand note and received an undisclosed amount of cash, according to a Police Department news release.
Police said the man may be associated with a mid-1990s blue Chevrolet Suburban that was seen leaving the area immediately after the robbery. The suspect (pictured) was described as white man with a scruffy appearance, in his mid to late 20s, and wearing large winter gloves.
No weapon was seen during the robbery.
The Roseville Police Department and the FBI are investigating the robbery. Anyone who recognizes the suspect, or who has information that might help investigators, is asked to call Roseville Crime Stoppers at (916) 783-7867.
