Sacramento police seek information on Monday morning fight

Fight vehicle.jpgFight Fight.jpgFight necklace.jpgThe Sacramento Police Department seeks the community's help in identifying people involved in a fight early Monday at 22nd and K streets.

Police were called to the area at 12:11 a.m. regarding a fight between an African American woman and several other people. When officers arrived, all the people involved had left the scene.

A silver chain with a glass butterfly pendant (pictured) was recovered in a canvas of the area, according to a Police Department news release. Witnesses reported seeing all the subjects leave in a light blue older model compact car (pictured) with a right brake light that was out.

Detectives ask anyone who may have been involved or witnessed the incident to notify police so they can check on the welfare of the woman. She is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and in her mid-20s.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department's dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-4357 or text a tip to 274637. Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
