ANSWER: A 17-year-old suspect was arrested in the shooting death of a man Nov. 7 off 65th Avenue near Florin Road and 21st Street.
According to a story in The Bee, police learned of the shooting about 7:45 p.m. when citizens told officers that shots were fired in the 2100 block of 65th Avenue. When officers arrived, they found evidence of a shooting but no victims.
Police dispatchers were later notified, however, that a man in his 20s had been transported to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He died of his injuries.
Police said a second person, a teenager with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, also showed up at a hospital and was believed to be connected to the shooting.
