A reward of $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whomever killed Jessica Funk-Haslam, the Rosemont girl found dead a year ago.
The reward is being offered by the owners of Leonard Padilla Bail Bonds and friends.
"Here's a young lady who was killed in a park a year ago and there are no leads," said Sacramento bounty hunter Leonard Padilla. "Let's get something going here."
Funk-Haslam, 13, was found dead in the corner of a ball field dugout on March 6, 2012, not far from her middle school. She had been suffocated, beaten and stabbed in the neck.
Sacramento County Sheriff's department investigators have interviewed about 150 students and as many as 400 people who live near the park. However, so far, there have been no arrests.
"Whoever provides a lead will be kept completely anonymous, but the information will be passed on to authorities," said Padilla. "Somebody out there knows something about what happened."

"Let's see if it brings something forward," said Padilla, who has a history of offering rewards.
In 1993, Padilla offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the return of a baby boy who was kidnapped from his Oak Park home. The baby was found and Padilla said information gained from offering the reward was instrumental in finding the 7 month old alive.
Separately, authorities are also offering a $10,000 reward for information about the Funk-Haslam case. Anyone with a tip is asked to call Sacramento County sheriff's detectives at (916) 874-TIPS.
