Placer County sheriff's detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying suspects in two residential burglaries that occurred in Granite Bay late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
Items taken from the homes included bicycles, wallets, purses, credit cards and electronic equipment.
Early Wednesday, the suspects were captured on surveillance video at a Granite Bay store using a credit card taken in the burglary of one of the homes, according to a Sheriff's Department news release. The videos show them inside the store as well as the vehicle they were driving.
The suspects were described as white men. One had shaved head and wore a long-sleeved burgundy shirt and blue jeans.The other wore a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored baseball cap and light-colored pants.
They were driving an older blue Ford pickup truck with a lumber rack on top and a toolbox mounted in the truck bed.
