Natomas drug theft suspect at large

Police are looking for a suspect in an alleged drug theft from a Natomas pharmacy Saturday afternoon.

A man walked into the controlled area of the Raley's pharmacy at 4650 Natomas Blvd., about 3:15 p.m., according to Sacramento police reports. He didn't say a word, and removed four bottles of cough syrup containing codeine from a shelf. When the pharmacist attempted to stop the man, he shoved her out of the way.

The man then fled on foot, police said. He was described as a black man, aged 25 to 30, with a stocky build and acne scars. An investigation is in progress.
