Sacramento police seek the public's help in identifying a man believed to have been involved in five incidents of indecent exposure since October 2011.
In each instance, the man approached females who were walking or jogging alone near parks or on city streets. The incidents occurred on weekdays and weekends, typically in the early morning or evening hours, according to a Police Department news release.
Police said the man usually approached the victim and attempted to make small talk before exposing himself or making vulgar comments. On each occasion, he left on foot and no vehicle was seen. No injuries occurred during the incidents.
According to detectives, the suspect is believed to be a light-skinned Latino man 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 180 to 200 pounds, with short dark hair and thick eyebrows. He was seen carrying a backpack on two occasions.

6200 block of Riverside Boulevard, 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011.
Gloria Drive and 43rd Avenue, 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011.
Gloria Drive and Interstate 5, 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012.
South Land Park and Windbridge Drive, 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013.
