Five arrested after drugs, guns found in Foothill Farms homes

Members of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department's problem oriented policing detail were assisting the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's criminal apprehension personnel in the 4700 block of Greenholme Drive. During a search of two duplex units, at 4771 and 4773 Greenholme, three firearms were located, one of which was an assault rifle, said Sheriff's Department spokesman Sgt. Jason Ramos. Deputies also found $35,000 in cash, as well as various amounts of marijuana, heroin and methamphetamine.

Arrested on suspicion of various drug-related offenses were Christopher Elvis (photo, top left), 25; Morgan Davis (top right), 21; Robert Polstin (left), 52; Lindsay Howe (bottom left), 47; and Amber Montano (bottom right), 22. Howe is also accused of possession of controlled substances while armed with a loaded firearm.
