Help sought to find missing Carmichael woman

Jones,+Aundrea.jpgThe Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking the public's help in finding a woman who has been missing from her Carmichael home since Monday morning.

Aundrea Jones (pictured), 69, was last seen about 9 a.m. in the 3500 block of Verla Street. She is considered at risk because of mental health issues and her reliance on medication that she does not have with her, according to a Sheriff's Department news release.

Jones is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red and purple jacket, dark-colored skirt and light-colored boots.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
