Roseville police seek help locating missing Sun City woman

mp_susan_jacobson.jpgRoseville police are asking the public's help in locating a 59-year-old Sun City Roseville woman who was last seen by her husband Wednesday morning.

Susan Jacobson told her husband that she planned to go grocery shopping and run other errands at stores around town, according to Police Department news release. Wednesday evening, officers found Jacobson' s dark blue Honda Civic unoccupied in the Raley's parking lot at Pleasant Grove and Woodcreek Oaks boulevards. Police said they do not know how long it had been parked there.

Jacobson (pictured) is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a dark gray sweatshirt and light gray sweatpants, although she may have changed into other clothing before going out.

Police said Jacobson doesn't normally socialize or spend much time away from home, so the circumstances are unusual for her.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who has seen or talked to Jacobson in the past few days. Anyone with information is asked to call the Roseville Police Department's investigation unit at (916) 774-5070.
