Search party to be organized for missing Roseville woman

Roseville police are helping to coordinate a search party for a Sun City Roseville woman missing since Wednesday.

The woman, Susan Jacobson, 59, was last seen about 6 a.m. that day, when she told her husband she was going grocery shopping and to run other errands around town.

Her vehicle was found in the Raley's parking lot at Woodcreek Oaks and Pleasant Grove boulevards. Her wallet was found in the same parking lot that morning by a citizen, officials said.

Detectives have found no evidence of foul play. Officials are asking search party participants to meet at 8 a.m. Sunday at Mahany Park, 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd.

Participants are asked to wear comfortable shoes and hiking shoes, and should bring drinking water, a photo ID and a cell phone.
