Sacramento deputies arrest two in roof top burglary

A man and a woman are suspected popping into a Greenback Lane Jack In The Box restaurant to steal.

Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies said that Eugene Andreyev, 30, and Oksana Gutsu, 23, were arrested for burglarizing an outlet of fast food restaurant chain near Fair Oaks Boulevard and Greenback Lane.

A watch summary said that the pair is suspected of cutting an opening large enough to enter through the roof of the business early Monday morning. Money was removed from the restaurant safe.

An arriving officer saw Andreyev and Gutsu leaving the business. They were taken into custody after a short chase on foot.
