UPDATE: Elk Grove police report missing man found safe

Angelito Cabaccang image006 (3).jpgElk Grove police report that a man reported missing earlier today and deemed at risk due to health issues has been found and is safe.

Police had sought the public's help in locating Angelito "Sam" Cabaccang (pictured), 48, who suffers from a brain injury that affects his memory and cognitive functions. Cabaccang also is diabetic and suffers from seizures, according to a Police Department news release.

He had last been seen about 6:30 this morning when he left his residence in the 9500 block of Hutton Drive to go for a walk.
