I-80 pedestrian fatal of last week identified by coroner

The name of the man who was killed while crossing Interstate 80 on July 18 in Natomas has been released by the Sacramento County Coroner.

He was identified as 26-year-old Bradly Faulkner. His hometown was not available.

Faulkner was crossing the freeway about 5 a.m. when he was hit on eastbound I-80 just east of Truxel Road by a car traveling at about 65 mph. Faulkner was also hit by two other vehicles after being thrown to the roadway.
