On June 18, a purse was stolen from a vehicle at Sierra College. The victim's credit card subsequently was used at a local gas station and several others businesses in and around Rocklin, according to a Police Department news release.

Two people were seen driving what police described as a 2010 or newer Toyota 4 Runner (pictured) with a white-colored paper dealer plate and white writing on the front of the vehicle.

A woman (pictured) shown in a surveillance photo is suspected of burglary, identity theft and other offenses, police said.

Anyone with information regarding the woman's identity or a male with whom she may be associated is asked to call Officer Mike Alway at the Rocklin Police Department (916) 660-7121.

Callers who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (800) 923-8191, access the Crime Stoppers website at www.placercrimestoppers.com, or text a tip to Tip411 Keyword Rocklin. Tips that lead to the arrest of the suspect may be eligible for a cash reward.
