UPDATE: Two men arrested near Oakmont High in Roseville

Bird, Tyler William.jpgTuccelli, Ryan.jpgTwo men were arrested near Oakmont High School this morning in Roseville with property that officers suspect is stolen.

Roseville police and officers from other agencies searched the neighborhood near the 1700 block of Chelsea Way, where a resident about 7:50 a.m. reported two suspicious-looking men in their 20s.

Both men were eventually taken into custody on Daisy Court on outstanding warrants. In a recovered backpack was the suspected stolen property.

Tyler William Bird (left photo), 28, of North Highlands was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property and burglar's tools. He is being held in Placer County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Ryan Cameron Tuccelli (right photo), 26, who has no listed address, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and violation of parole. He is being held in Placer County Jail without bail.

Police are asking that victims of theft this morning in the neighborhood call them at (916) 774-5000, Ext. 1.
