Woodland police seek man accused of exposing himself

Woodland police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl this afternoon.

Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Elwood Street about 3 p.m. The girl told police she was riding her bicycle in the street when the man drove up to her in a gold sedan. The man asked the girl for directions and the girl realized that he was exposing himself to her, according to a Police Department news release. She left and went into her home, where she called police.

The man was described as Asian, about 20 to 30 years old, wearing a blue medical mask, eye glasses and a black tank top.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call the Woodland Police Department at (530) 661-7800.
