ANSWER: Tyrone Michael Dwyer, 58, pleaded no contest to rape of an unconscious person and possession of obscene material depicting a minor engaged in sex acts.

According to Sacramento Superior Court online records, he was sentenced in August 2011 to six years in state prison. He is incarcerated at Valley State Prison in Chowcilla.

Dwyer was arrested in April 2011 by authorities with the state Department of Justice. According to stories in The Bee, the department began its inquiry into Dwyer's activities when a special agent investigating the digital distribution of child pornography found a particular Internet Protocol address had downloaded suspected child pornography 64 times in almost six weeks. The agent traced the IP address to Dwyer's address, and authorities subsequently searched Dwyer's home and the Fountain of Health spa on T Street in Sacramento.

Dwyer's wife owned the spa and Dwyer worked there as a colonic hydrotherapist.

As agents searched Dwyer's computers for evidence, they found still pictures and video of a man sexually assaulting a woman at the health spa and later identified the man as Dwyer.

After news of Dwyer's arrest broke, another client came forward alleging that she also had bee sexually assaulted by Dwyer while unconscious.
