Police reported that Pamela McKee (pictured), 33, of Sacramento, who had been identified as a person of interest in the homicide investigation, turned herself in to authorities late Thursday. She was subsequently booked into Yolo County Jail on suspicion of murder, according to a Police Department news release.
Earlier Thursday, Joshua Neil Anthon (pictured), 31, of Rio Linda had surrendered to detectives and also was booked on suspicion of one count of murder.
Michael Ray Anderson, 55, of West Sacramento died Tuesday night after he was struck by a motor home in front of the Low Cost Liquor store, 960 Sacramento Ave.
Officers were called to the store about 9:40 p.m. and found Anderson on the ground. Witnesses told police that the man had been hit by a motor home, which left at a high rate of speed afterward and was last seen eastbound on Sacramento Avenue.
Investigators determined that an argument occurred among the occupants of the RV, the victim and other parties.
Tips from citizens in response to surveillance photos disseminated by police through the media and social media led to identification of the suspects, according to police.
