OK, so maybe I'll hold off on PF Chang's Double Pan-Fried Noodles Combo (served with beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp). Holy salt lick! That entree contains a whopping 7,692 mg of sodium. No wonder that this made Men's Health's Worst Foods in America, 2010. Other foods that made the list include Cheesecake Factory's Bistro Shrimp Pasta (2,730 calories) and IHOP Big Country Breakfast with Chicken Fried Steak & Country Gravy (2,440 calories, 5,520 mg sodium).
