Nationally ranked Jesuit, Granite Bay boys soccer to meet in fall

The Granite Bay and Jesuit nationally ranked boys soccer teams that went undefeated but did not play each other last fall will meet in a nonleague match on Sept. 9, tentatively at Jesuit High School.

Jesuit won the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I championship and finished 31-0-0. The Marauders were ranked No. 3 in the nation in the final ESPN Rise Powerade Fab 50 fall rankings.

Granite Bay won the D-II championship and finished 26-0-1. The Grizzlies finished No. 5 in the final ESPN Rise rankings.
