Boys Top 20: Logue, Salhani lead Bella Vista past Del Campo; Sac High's Derek Swafford honored for his 300th win

K.J. Logue had 16 points and Cristian Salhani 15 points and 14 rebounds to lead No. 9 Bella Vista to a 63-47 win over No. 10 Del Campo in a Capital Valley Conference boys basketball game tonight at Bella Vista.

The win gives first place Bella Vista a one-game lead over the Cougars in the CVC.

Davit Saghateylan led Del Campo with 14 points.

In other games involving Bee Top 20 boys teams:

• Joseph Barnes had 21 points, De'Von Boyd 18 and Erik Kinney 16 as No. 3 Sacramento defeated Rosemont 92-50 in a Metro Conference game. Before the game, Sac High coach Derek Swafford was honored for his 300th win with the Dragons.

• Michael Bryson scored 28 points in No. 6 Foothill's 72-44 Pioneer Valley League win over Lincoln.

• Remle Pope and Clifford Lyles each had 13 points in No. 7 Burbank's 70-47 win over Valley.

• Derrick West had 29 points in No. 12 Kennedy's 85-41 Metro win over Florin.

• Marcus Horton's 17 points helped No. 14 Center to a 66-54 PVL win over Colfax.

• State scoring leader Chris Schwartz-Edmisten had 43 points in Sacramento Waldorf's win over Foresthill.
