Foothill's Dobbins reaches CIF state track girls high jump finals

Foothill's Lawre'll Dobbins has qualified for Saturday's CIF State Track and Field Championships in the girls high jump.

Dobbins cleared 5 feet, 5 inches to finish in a three-way tie for sixth place at today's trials.

The senior missed on three tries at 5-7.

The top nine competitors advance to the finals.

Dobbins is the three-time Sac-Joaquin Section Masters champion.

Rocklin's Leah Carter failed to qualify, finishing with a best of 5-1.
